Metterwoon Vastgoed B.V. is one of the major property investment companies in the Netherlands and has been active since 1975. The organisation manages about 8,500 houses and apartments, shops, shopping centers, commercial properties and one hotel.

Its sphere of activity basically covers the entire Randstad, with a strong orientation on The Hague and Rotterdam. Within the Metterwoon organisation, the efforts of the highly competent and committed team of about 80 members of staff are focussed continuously on providing quality and professionalism.
